All clothing and merchandise purchased and delivered through our online store are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless an item is deemed defective, as described below.

If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery. A photo of the defect or damage will be required for verification.

Once the defect is confirmed, you may choose:

• A free exchange for the same item (subject to availability), or

• A full refund, excluding any initial shipping costs, if applicable.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
